Nutritional Counseling - 1v1 or Group counseling

In-person/Home Visit/Telehealth (via FaceTime/Skype/Phone)
  • Meet & Greet - 15 minutes (free)
This will be an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your needs and goals, and figure out how to proceed from there
  • Initial Nutritional Session - 45-60 minutes ($150.00)
Individualized to fit your needs -  review of food intake, sleep, physical activity with development of goals and determine the frequency of follow-up. 
  • Follow-up Session - 30-45 minutes ($125.00)
Check in on your established goals, review of food intake, sleep, physical activity, and tweak things to help you maintain enthusiasm and develop behavior change

Package Deals (No Expiration Dates) - All Fees Paid in Full. May be used for initial and follow-up sessions. Also great as a gift for family member or friends. If you purchase the 12, 18, or 24 pack, you may split the package with two other persons.

Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) 

Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis or Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA) is a method of assessing your “body composition”-the measurement of your body fat in relation to your lean body mass (muscle).  It is an integral part of a health and nutrition assessment. For more information, please look here. Great to see feedback every 8-12 weeks to monitor progress towards your own personal health and nutritional goals. No expiration dates.
  • $25.00 - for single analysis
  • $48.00 - for 2 analyses (save $1.00/test)
  • $69.00 - for 3 assessments (save $2.00/test)
  • $88.00 - for 4 assessments (save $3.00/test)
  • 5-9 assessments (save $4.00/test)
  • 10-15 assessments (save $5.00/test)

Sports Nutrition/Performance Enhancement 

  • Individual/Team Sports specific fueling/hydration plan and energy needs assessment
  • Focused recommendations to help achieve sports performance goals (building mass, weight gain/loss, injury recovery)
  • Fueling for the day (pre, during, post-event)
  • Provide dietary analysis (3-day analysis), meal planning, supplement review, 
  • Eating on the Road, General Health and Wellness, and the Importance of Sleep
  • Body-Composition Analysis using Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) included in Peak Performance Package
  • Peak Performance Package - include 75 minute initial session, and two 45-minute follow-up sessions - $300.00 (save $85.00)
  • Snapshot Package - 30-minute session - $60.00, 45-minute session - $90.00; 60-minute session - $120.00

Sports Performance Improvement

  • Work on your agility, biomechanics, flexibility, strength, speed, and power through plyometric and interval training
  • Work on your soccer skills through private or group training. 
  • Fees negotiable based on training protocol desired and size of group

Public Speaker

  • Workshops, Seminars, Conferences
  • Provide services to corporate clients, athletic sports clubs, school aged- children, and more. 
  • Fees negotiable based on size of group and type of presentation desired

Health Insurance

Do you have health insurance? Most health insurance plans cover nutritional counseling with a Registered Dietitian (RD/ RDN) in- or out-of-network. It is always a good idea to contact your insurance company before your first appointment to verify your specific benefits, and avoid any surprises. Simply call the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card and ask the questions below.
